Whether welcoming guests with warmth, providing one-on-one encouragement, or helping events run smoothly behind the scenes, every Bridge Builder helps create a space rooted in dignity, care, and hope.

Bridge Builder – Welcome Team

Help create a warm and welcoming experience by greeting guests, assisting with check-in, answering questions, and helping ensure everyone feels seen, valued, and encouraged from arrival to departure.

Bridge Builder – Empowerment Team

Provide one-on-one support to guests during their boutique experience by helping them select clothing, shoes, and essentials while offering encouragement, confidence, and compassionate care.

Bridge Builder – Events Team

Support the success of our events behind the scenes through setup, organization, inventory support, and logistics to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone involved.
