If you apply to volunteer in a role that requires a background check, we (or a third-party screening provider acting on our behalf) may collect additional information, such as your date of birth and information necessary to conduct that check. This information is used solely to evaluate volunteer eligibility and is handled in accordance with applicable background check laws and our confidentiality practices. 

Our website and service providers may also automatically collect certain information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and general website activity through cookies and similar technologies.

Our website is hosted by Squarespace, and we use HubSpot as our customer relationship management (CRM) platform to help manage information submitted through our website and our communications with donors, volunteers, supporters, and community members.

Online donations and payments are processed through Squarespace Payments and PayPal. Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider in accordance with its own privacy and security practices. FFP Blessing Boutique does not directly process or store complete credit or debit card numbers on its own systems.

We may also use other trusted service providers to support our website, communications, analytics, and organizational activities. These providers may access personal information as necessary to provide services on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.

4. Donor Privacy

We value the trust of our donors and are committed to protecting their personal information.

FFP Blessing Boutique does not sell or trade donor names, contact information, or other personal information. We also do not provide donor information to other organizations for their independent marketing or fundraising purposes.

We may share information with trusted service providers that perform necessary functions on our behalf, such as processing donations, maintaining our website, managing donor information and communications, or providing other operational services.

You may contact us at any time to review, update, or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to request that we delete it, subject to our need to retain certain records for legal, tax, or financial purposes.
